It is shown that the main changes of thermal diffusivity value take place in the range of small concentration of either Ge or Si as a second fraction in the mixed crystals. It was found too that there is the directly proportional dependence between theramal diffusivity and thermal conductivity in a range of small concentration of the second fraction (below 10%) and it allows to conclude that the thermal capacity value doesn't change considerably when the thermal diffusivity value changes more that 5 times due to the second fraction change.
