W: VI Therminic Workshop. - 2000. - s. 93-96Streszczenie: Using the photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) the following composition dependent material parameters of ZnBeSe mixed cristals were investigated: thermal diffusivity, optical absorption coefficient spectra in the region of high absorption and in the Urbach's edge region, the energy gap. The quality of the surface of the samples and its influence on the determination of above parameters was checked and discussed.
