This paper presents the author's specialized program for the analysis of temperature response with harmonic excitation mode. Presented software makes possible to determine theoretical amplitude and phase of thermal response of the layered strucyure;s surface on harmonic excitation aswell as calculate the thermal contrasts amplitude (AC), phase (PhC) and also complex temperature contrast (CTC) in relation to any other reference structure.
