The learning process, truth, and energy, are the three guiding principles forming the thread of this paper. The concept of the learning process is the first presented, futher on subsequently it is argued that truth is the fundamental condition for a high level of personal success in achieving that objective, and finally the lost essence of energy is presented by the authors, as the result of untrue/unreal/not genuine contents/substance which are unfortunately/alas delivered and ...taken from/received. This why such a structure of the paper.
