Presented software makes possible to determine theoretical amplitude and phase of thermal response of the layered strucyure;s surface on harmonic excitation aswell as calculate the thermal contrasts amplitude (AC), phase (PhC) and also complex temperature contrast (CTC) in relation to any other reference structure
