  <abstract>This paper presents a method of elimination image of distortions improved by deconvolution procedure of the theramal diffusion and IR camera influences. It allows increasing the final thermal-wave image resolution. Proposed algorithm ansures sharpening deconvolution procedure of the thermal-wave images of heterogeneity as well as images of energy excitation areas. It is based on the iterative deconvolution of registered thermal-wave image making assumption that the character of temperature field blurring and its parameters are roughly known.</abstract>
