    <subfield code="a">In the present paper, there has been presented a new concept of ST circuits based on the application of operating amplifiers with adjustable transconductance. It has been proved that in the delaying circuits proposed one can electronically adjust its amplification, which was not possible with SI 1st and 2nd generation circuits. For the purpose of verification of the concept a simple adjustable transconductance amplifier was designed. Simulation examinations of delaying circuits were carried out, which proved the legitimacy of the concept.</subfield>
