Zakrzewski.  c2001.  asprawozdanie jednostki (Informator o publikowanych wynikach prac naukowo-badawczych w 2001 roku Wydziału Elektroniki).  aUsing the photoacoustic spectroscopy, the following composition-dependent material parameters of ZnBeSe mixed cristals were determined: thermal diffusivity, optical absorption coefficient spectra in the region of high absorption and in the Urbach's edge region, the energy gap values and the thermal and compositional broadening of the absorption bands.
