520 _aThe method of the time - dependent inside temperature calculations for active devices of switch - mode power circuits is presented. The method is based on the analytical approximation of transient thermal impedance and utilise the highly effective, semi - analytical recursive convolution algorithms with variable time step. The general approach and exemplary results of calculations are presented.
