520 _aThe flexible grinding tools have specific properties causes that the active surface of grinding wheel undergo a deformation in the working zone of grinding tools and in consequence the time of mutual contact between grinding wheel and surface workpiece decreases in comparison to grinding grins which are fixed in stiffness bonds. In typical polishing processes with application of the flexible grinding tools the flat surface rotation of gruindingwheel is parallel to direction of lengthwise workpiece feed. It causes that the grinding grains creates in working zone the long and irregular grooves and this operation is not good for the quality of polishing process. This article presents the results of polishing process with application of the flexible grinding tools of zonal differentation flexibolity which was applied the new method of polishing process.
